Mazda3 2.2D 185BHP

Recently my cars engine light has been on. My tester shows P0136 for Post cat sensor so i have a replacement to fit tomorrow.
Today something new, I was sitting in traffic thinking "this cars idle is much more lumpy than i recall" and "oh between 1k and 2k its also lumpy"
Then 5 mins later in the same traffic the ENgine light starts to flash, which alarmed me as i have never seen that before.
Lucky for me my OBD Tester is on my phone and the bluetooth is always plugged in, so turned it on and it came up with P0300, Random / Multi misfire.
Then 1 min later it stopped and i drove on to work... Still lumpy though.
From what i understand it could be the following:
Ht leads - Ordered some new ones
Coilpack - new one on the way
Injectors - I have some spare in my draw.
How do i rule out the above? Ideally i would prefer it to be an injector as i have some in the draw, can i test these before i fit them? if so how do i test them?
