P990i Firmware Update

Does any one kow how I can update the firmware? I have used Sonys update service, but it states my phone is up to date. However there is apparently a newer firmware available?
Also has anyone got activesync working on a p990i before?

You need to change your cda number to a world generic 1 cda. (this debrands the phone too) http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=130758 info here.
