Well then you either had special ones, or I had bad ones.


I must admit they where utter toss when i first got the car, but once bedded in have been great, never seam to wear out either.

Ones on my 172 where good to.

sorry, bit of hijack here ;

Brembo Max , or Brembo HC ? for very fast road use only ; no track as of yet

Am on the verge of throwing out my oem discs and Greenstuff pads.

Btw; the Greenstuff pads were no upgrade, but the brake-dust that comes off is VERY easily removed from the wheels. Other pads will burn in and destroy your wheels

I had the greenstuff on my old saxo and from 60 - 0 they allmost caused me to plough into the back of another car, thankfully the backs locked up and it spun. Im looking to do a brake overhaul on my clio and am looking to use the maxtorque grp n discs off kam racing, and FERODO DS pads.

Funny as I have greenstuff on mine and sometimes it feels like I am not stopping.. on track they were ok. Need to change all mine soon...discs pads fluid everything. Going to get rid of the EBC stuff me thinks.
