whats the differance between paint code NV713 and TE876 ? im sure there both flame red

so that TEB76 is a flame red and so is NV713? jst that mines is NV713 and a guy trying to sell me spoilers is TEB76 is there much differance ? wud i noticed the colour differance?

NV713 is Rouge Cerise, Cherry Red.

The picture above is TEB76 Rouge De Feu, Flame Red.

is this spoiler flame red or cherry red ? also would there be a noticeable differance if i put a flaem red spoiler on a cherry red car?
