i did my top plenum last year with hammerite, so far so good no blistering or funny smell s it worked just fine...think motorworld do a high temperature manifold paint. could try them

Dont know if you have got one locally but motabits sell a high temp paint that gives a lovely almost dark charcoal finish. it is like dust to spray on and dries almost instantly but if you give it a few coats it comes out spot on.

can has got a manifold on the front and comes in a variety of colours.

sounds like the stuff i used on my calipers called vht something or other? just a bit worried about the durability of it although its done fairly well on my calipers and they are far more exposed to the elements
