paint preping (sp)

I have some renault side skirts to put on my car trouble is they are green - just wondfered is it easy to prep them your self or just paint over them.

You will need to prep them mate, get yourself some 800, 1200 & 1500 W&D, cellulose thinners and some cans of 'Plastic' primer
