Painting Plastic

I want to paint the plastic parts to my car to match the body, so basically the front bumper, rear bumper and side strips.

I was wondering if someone could tell me a few things that I would need to do and where I should start, so like primers, sanding it down etc and the best place to get the kit like paint. I already have a spray gun which I think is suitable.

Any help would be great.

Halfords you can get the plastic primer, grey primer, your desired renault paint & clear laquer. Also the rough grade sanding paper, as for the 1500 paper & up you will need to get from a detailing/body shop or ebay. HTH
