Panasonic Lumix FZ18?

I know a guy who teaches professional photography... he has the FZ50, and has recommened the FZ18 to me.

It's not due out til September i beleive... Anyone know anything about this camera? Recommend the Lumix range?

I WANT ONE NOW... but its not released til end of Sept? ( i go on hold mid-sept!!)

sorry for the huge picture guys... it resizes once it loads lol

the Fuji9600 looks quite good mate, but it doesn't have any image stabilisation
