Panel filter: BMC vs Green vs ITG vs K&N vs PX?

What's the current favourite for mk2 172 with standard airbox plus cold air feed?

Foam is better than Gauze, well thats what many people say not that it makes a huge difference

I have an ITG; does the job nicely.

Much better than the open filter piper x I had on before.

the foam ones do filter better, as for airflow im pretty certain cotton gauze flows more, however ive got an ITG on my valver and im more than happy with it

Not to say that is gospel but I have a PiperX foam panel and I'm more than happy with it. It's the cheapest of that lot as well.

i have an ITG panel filter on my mk1 172 and havent noticed any difference really from the standard filter. id go for a BMC or Yozzasport quickshift.
