Panel Filter ?

I have got a cone filter on my car at the moment, i want to change it to a panel filter ( this should be healthier for my car than the cone filter ) . Where can i get one from and has anyone on here got one on there car?

Also any idea where i can get a hazard light switch from besides from Renault? as mine is broken

Is the panel filter better than the cone filter then ? to be honest i have just been advised to get one, but i am not exactly sure what difference it will make ?

Well i want to take the cone filter off asap as it runs a little rough and the idle can be awful on it.
