parcel shelf vibration / rattle.

On idle say at traffic lights with the handbrake on my parcel shelf vibrates up and down making a really annoying noise, it is accentuated when the car struggles for revs.

Does anyone else have this problem and is there an easy fix ? it's driving me mad !

Black electrical tape along the runner it sits on !

I had it when going over bumps and it really pissed me off... Elecy tape and 10 mins of effort bish bash bosh job done

i used sticky pads on my runners underneath

Make sure it goes down fully when you close the boot. Occasionaly mine has been up slightly, so the boot doesn't press it down and it rattles.

I get that aswell now and again, will get a couple of stick pads on it when I get home
