Part number help

Has anyone got the part number for the keyed meggy 225 bottom pully? I dnt have a meggy and Renault down my way are pants. Thanks in advance

its probably the aux pulley which you don't need

the meggy pully cant pysicaly fit on the clio crank, the meggy pully has a cast in key for a slot on keyway, the clio crank has a drop in keyway cut in it?

it just slides onto the crank?

look at the pics, it cant, the keyway on the clio isnt cut all the way to the end of the crank

neither is the megane crank, the keyway on the crank is at an angle, but the pulley slides straight on

how do u mean on an angle? can u see what i mean in the pics as to why it wont slide on?

the groove in the cranks is machined at an angle for some odd reason

its really not, i can see it clear as day. for a slot on key to work the crank/shaft has to have a slot on keyway cut, it physically wont slide into position otherwise. oddball crank or wrong part?

indeed, i can make a key to fit the crank and the original pully, just odd that everyone goes on how the meggy 225 pully is a direct fitment when it clearly isnt in this case

the slot in the clio pulley is a different thinckness to the slot in the crank

well thats where the problem lies, odd one then fred have you ever seen a rocker cover on an f4r with a flat disk part on it?

yeah phs1 172's had that (not all of them)

weird that crank, never seen one like that!
