Can't see a problem here to be honest. He's obviously looking for around 5k which is pretty reasonable as it looks like a mint example and very low milage. I'd have a mint cup over an average milage 182 any day.
It's all in the milage. I think it's a reasonable price. As an example, mine is a Y Reg ph2. I paid £3,995 for it on 52,000 miles which for a six/seven year old car is rather bloody good! It was of a far better standard than cars half its age.
