Passenger side window

last night i went to put my window up and i heard a bit of a bang, and it wouldn't go up. It then sounded lyk the cable was twisting itself and not pulling the window up.

Took the door card of today to find that the two white clips that come of the motor part, that the wire travels through have snapped. Is there anyway of getting these replaced or would i be safer just fitting a whole new regulator?
