Passenger window & electric mirrors not working on mk2 ph2

Hi guys,

A friend of mine has recently bought a 2002 1.2 mk2 ph2 clio. His passenger window and electric mirrors do not work when using either the driver's side and passenger's side controls.

Fuses and relays have been checked and all is ok (apparently).

Any ideas on what it could be and if anyone has had the same issue?
