Passenger Window Seal

Anyone know how difficult this is to replace on a 2002 clio? (1.2)

Does the window need to come out etc?

I don't own a clio so excuse the stupid question!

Just a window down job. I had mine off the clean under them the other day. Takes about 5 minutes.
