I've recently updated my Pro Evo 6 game on the PS2 (Its modded/chipped) and now I have all the following (taken from http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=204 Patch section (You need to register to view it)) :
Its absolutely class now. The Fifa commentary is SO much better than the stupid standard PES commentary. I've also patched and updated all the boots and face packs, along with up to date fonts on the shirts.
To compliment all this, I've downloaded this Option File too (taken from the Option File section of that website) :
The classic teams inclusion was what made me download this one. Classic Barcelona, Real Madrid and AC Milan are awesome. Spurs arent too shabby either
If you have PES6 on PS2 and you fancy updating it completely (and you have a modded PS2, or even a flip lid tool), go to the Editing section on forums.evo-web.co.uk and learn how to go about it. The patching scene is a bit difficult at first, but there are plenty of tutorials and stuff to help you along, and SO many patches and different gameplay tweaks from different people. There are also software download links and all that too. I cant recommend it enough. Its like a whole new game, and plays superbly

If you have Previous option file (and 2 mem cards) - create a new one (swap mem cards) and transfer stadium names in game edit mode using
edit mode->data manager or Just use pesfans editor on pc

Note 1 0_Sound from we10 seems to work perfectly for chants straight into pes6 or look here for alternative Tommsen Chant Pack
