Paypal claim (ebay scum)

I claimed through paypal for £141.99 as the item i won through ebay never come.
Paypal can only refund £105 of this.

Is there anyway i can get the rest back?

The sellers details seem to be false through ebay, or no contactable. And he wont reply to emails.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have his full postal address ? Sounds like you've got back all that paypal can reclaim . If you have his postal address i'd send him lots of taxi's and pizzas late at night just to p*ss him off . I know its no compnesation for the money lost but at least you have the knowledge this guys gonna be inconvenienced for a while and wonderin' what the f*ck is goin' on ,lol

I do have his postal addy somewhere, cant find it right now.

But i looked on www.192.com and there is no Hartnoll registered at that postal address.

I checked 192.com as well ,lol , but couldn't get an exact address , but there are 2 Lee James Hartnolls in Swansea !
As far as i know paypal can only recover as certain amount . They've done it twice for me now . Once i got all the money back the second time most of it back , but it was only a few pounds anyway .

Yeah ive spoke to paypal, they can get the rest if he pus the money in his account. Ha yeah ok.

There is also a hartnoll computers ltd, and their number wont accept incoming calls either!

Thats what i did with somebody from Cardiff when he f*cked me about with a dvd from ebay . Got the dvd eventually and he got alot of late night visitors on his doorstep

Electoral register, Only 1 Hartnoll in the whole Swansea borough and he happens to live in Morriston.

Could be a big coincidence ofcourse but I doubt it.

Different postcode can be easily explained as work, friend, relative etc..
