PC Build Help

[Rasclart]

After some advise from the current PC geeks. I have not really kept abreast with PC tech for going on 3 years now. More than capable of building a system.

I have a friend who wants a new system. Has about £300-350 to spend. Base unit only. No monitor needed. Wont be used for gaming mainly just work stuff and pissing about on the net.

So what processor/Memory/GPU combo shall I go for. Ideas please people?

Id go for something i3 based more than adequate and a bit of future proof ing

Its overclocked as well, so a very good basis for a new machine, then just add HDD, Graphics card and base unit nad you're away. Its the spec mine is right now, running Windows 7 64 bit without any issues at all.
