pc wont reconise new hdd

ive just installed a second hdd in my dell desktop plugged everything in booted up pressed f2 and its dected in that menu but in my computer windows isnt showing my new hard drive

what am i doing wrong?:S

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

It should show there but you'll need to assign a drive letter and/or create a partition to be able to use it.
