Not too up on these.

But i need to run a program with the following requirements

pentium processor 90 mhz or higher
64MB RAM
50MB disc space
Windows 95 +
800x600 screen resolution.

Anyone know if this can be run on a PDA and if so what ones?

PDA's don't use pentium processors, so you've got zero chance.

Try a laptop.

No, it won't run on it - PDA's do not have x86 processors.
