Where is the best place to buy PE2's from in 195/45/R16?

Are these the best tyres to go for?

Can't find them on black circles have looked before and have just looked again.

They are £83-ish Type 205 45 16 and go fown tp Premium Section

I cant have 205's because i have 172 16" wheels on a non sport!

So they are already close to the shocks.
