just been to pick my 182 up from the garage, i,v just had a new engine put in got there had a look round the car and there's a small dent on the bonnet about the size of a one pence.
i told the bloke and he just said it was already there i told him it was not i checked it before i droped it off he then said well i'm not a body shop he was a proper adiot but in the end he will fix the dent but he wasnt happy about it.
so i am without a car for another week

Hes probably closed the bonnet down on a tool resting on top of the engine at the end of his shift.
