Performance Clutch

Car  Bumder With A Buffer

My clutch is on the way out and was wondering if its worth getting a performance one?? Both BB and K-tec do them but are they worth it???

Best thing to do is remove you old clutch, give it a good wipe down and cover it with jam.... then lick away to your hearts content! Once this process has been completed until your tongue drops off youll have a very sticky uprated clutch! Shhhhhhh dont tell everyone!

no it can use the same clutch, i like the look of the 3 plate clutch k tec are doing now....

arnt a lot of Uprated clutches people advertise just a std volvo 440/60/80 std turbo clutch ????????? just something id heard. and yes they fit cause theres one in mine

whats so under-performing about a std clutch, or rather what is so over performing abot your engine.
i never said a standard one was under-performing, thats why i asked if a K-tec , bb or woteva clutch is worth it???

ive had a bad experience with a valeo uprated gt trubo clutch. had the cluthc in the car for about 4months. when i swapped the williams engine in, i noticed that 3 of the 6 pressure springs on the clutch plate had disintegrated. bits of spring wer lying in the bottom of the bell housing. im running an ap racing clutch now. much better, ive now got pedal feel again!

Well i find that mine is quite on and off, a pain in town, but on the 1/4 mile or giving it some stick on open raod its quality you can just abuse it!;)
