Im having my head taken off and all the valves changed any one

know any good mods to do whilst its in the work shop .

Ported, flowed, angle seats grinded, clean up all the oil holes returns etc.. could get them to play with the water ways so that flow is improved.

Why are you having all the valves changed?

Most general automotive engineering firms wont have a clue what to do.

Ill be more than happy to modify your cylinder head.
