Ok, on the lookout for a 172 at the moment.

I wanted a Cup, but then went off that idea and decided to go for the normal 172 (I just want the extra's tbh, becuase of the type of driving I do 90% of the time).

Thing is.....Do I go Black or Flame Red? I LOVE both colours, and when they are gleaming, they both look awesome, but I cant decide which to go for!!

So show me your Black or Red 172's please Tempt me!

maybe do a search mate???? Both are nice colours, have to add that a flamer is one of the nicest colour when it's clean and the sun is shining but on a dull day when the car is mucky they look horrible. Also black 172s from a distance can some time look like a standard 1.2

I'd say flamer, purely because black will give you a complex over any marks or dirt.

Also black 172s from a distance can some time look like a standard 1.2

IMO from a distance black and silver ph2 172's look like 1.2's

I think its the wheels, they shouldn't of used the 15" version of the 172 wheels on non RS models because it makes the 172's look like 1.2's.

However Renault wouldn't care because they only did it after they stopped making 172's.

I went for a normal 172 instead of Cup'd one because of the extras! Althoguh if you get a cup I'd recommend getting a CC'd version, simply because it's awesome.
