Not 100% but i'm pretty sure thats just arctic, petrol has a much more greener/brown tinge to it.

Exactly what i thought petrol blue is a "dirty ill" looking colour thats definately arctic blue as it's far too light. Ask hm for paint code, see clio heritage link above.
