Petrol, seat belt, oil and handbrake light staying on

i washed my car last night and my Petrol, seat belt, oil and handbrake light staying on plus my wipers and indicators still worked even witht he keys removed it is sorted itself out now but just wondered if anyone else has ever has this problem before?

Water in the electrics? which dried up overnight maybe...
