How do you get it off?

no idea how to pleasure on. Maybe someone with more experiance at tank love can help

why do u want to remove the tank. The car dont run without fuel unfortunately.

I need to replace the fuel pump, tank needs to come off to get the old one out and new on in

take the battery terms off. Dissconnect Sender wires etc then take off exhaust, remove equaliser handbrake cables then undo filller tube from cap (and breather etc). Undo the bolts and thats it!

TIP: no smoking .......LOL

how do you get the hanbrake cable parts off? thats what i couldnt get off.



Who ever designed it the way it is must be think as the perverbial! Why put a whole under the rear bench for the sender etc but not one so you can get at the pump?

just undo the cable locknut and disconnect from the equaliser plate

they are the two black wires that come from the moddle of the car and go off to each side, (one to each back wheel)

dont forget to drain the fuel from the tank and make sure the fuel lines cannot leak.
