Hi can any one tell me how i would know if the dephaser unit has gone or is on its way out? cheers

i would also like to know the answer to this. People say some whistling sound or something. Im paranoid of my 182 cos it sounds a bit raspy/whistly when booted and driven past parked cars or barriers etc
