Ph1 172 wings fitment

I have found some wings for sale for a 172 phase 1 but the front brackets on them have snapped but I was wondering if it’s still possible to fit them and the bumper? I’m not sure what he brackets are for so any information would be appreciated. Pictures are enclosed.

Yeah I was thinking about fibreglassing, and I can’t find any wings anywhere!
