Ph1 front arb & lower arms question

Front end refresh ph1

172 Cup dampers-
fit but what lower arms should go on? Difference between ph1 and Cup?

Arb -
Will my FF 182 arb fit a ph1? Only recently polybushed my 182 arb.

Subframes -
Different mounting point /bolt spacing?

Steering rack -
Any difference here? My 182 rack is in great nick with polybush mounts, new Inner & outer Tres.
