Ph1 hitting rev limit at 6k in 2 gears

I have a strange issue where the car appears to hit a rev limit at about 6k in 3rd & 4th gear, it’s like it hits a wall and is pulled back and the temp light comes on for a couple of seconds but the actual temp is normal. All other gears rev to 7k without issue. As a race car I have to short shift for these gear changes.

Car has cat cams & KTec map. Hasn’t been an issue till recently

Any ideas ?

Replaced it but no difference. Before I get the map looked at are there any other obvious sensors that could be causing this ?

If temp light wasn't coming on first I would of said was crank sensor connection.

Chances are nothing to do with the map itself, my money would be on a bad connection somewhere. I've had some stupid wiring issues with these so quick check of connections and earths.

Anything you can datalog with?

Ok cheers, will try an check all connections, what app or system would I need to datalog ?
