Ph1 Steering Wheel Torque

Hi, anyone tell me 'correct' torque for torx centre bolt on Mk2 Ph1 steering wheel please?
Only one in Guides says 40nm then has question marks after it, wanna make sure I get it right ;-)

Does FT mean 'F'ing tight' or does it mean 'finger tight'?
I always find that if its not F'ing tight it just works it way loose!

Fu.................lly tight.
FT =f**king tight
QFT= quite f**king tight
RFT=really f**king tight.

All recognised units by the trade.
