Ph2 172 Xenon Headlight Adjusters

Mine aren't working. Can anyone let me know how you get the buggers out of the headlight units? Look to be a twist-fit but didn't want to force anything! Or do I have to whip the bumper off and take the light unit out?

I think from what i remember there is a tab that you slightly push out of the way then you can twist them out, after that you have to imagine the ball that sticks out the front of the unit it attached inside so you need to pivot the unit downwards to un attach the ball socket.

Easier with the bumper off, may be bumper off only.
