Ph2 handbrake cables

Does any body have the legit part numbers for both handbrake cables for a phase 2. Can get the OS still genuine for £34 but NS is discontinued.

Well mine were for my 182 and bought a genuine one for the OS and the B&B for the NS. I think the B&B item was every bit as good quality as OEM and certainly much nicer than the crap Pagid branded ones that don’t fit.

These are the Pagid items and you can see how much shorter they are than OEM 182 items.

This is the B&B item which fitted perfectly.

Why would a ph2 172 handbrake cable differ from a 182 I wonder

Glad to see you can now get replacement cables that fit, last year when l was looking you could only get the ones that weren’t long enough.
