PH2 throttle , significant delay

Hi, I feel like the throttle is delayed by half a second in my ph2 172.
If I floor it, lift the throttle very fast and press the clutch, the revs go up about 1K, although I left the throttle.
Anything I can do to fix it ? I'm not sure it's supposed to be this much delayed! This much delay seems to be wrong for a car like this, how should you drive on track, and do those fast little changes in throttle to balance the car with this much delay? Also it wears the clutch obviously if you aren't aware used to waiting some time before you press the clutch.
Also , it has a noticeable deadzone. The first 1 cm (about half inch) doesn't do anything. Any way to calibrate it ?

clean the throttle body , disconnect battery to reset it , connect battery , drive to straight area go and from stand still change gears normally but when you hit the third gear press the accelerator pedal hard to the floor and keep it there until you reach 3500 rpm then lift your foot and let it decelerate but gently tapping the brake until you are at idle rpm , do this 2 times and this is how you calibrate it ( i have a twingo rs throttle body and it the same as clio 172 or 182 )
