Ph2 Valver Alarm/Immobiliser??

Hello,

I bought my awesome valver on thursday, but am a bit confused about the alarm/immobiliser?

The immobiliser works fine using the key under the glovebox, but when i lock the car with the plip key, it doesn't flash the indicators and the alarm doesnt go off if i leave the windows open and stick my arm in and open the car from the inside.

I know there's an alarm installed cos the little black box is under the glovebox, the key thing next to the screen wash is there, as is the siren and there's a bonnet switch, and its all connected to the battery.

Anyone got any ideas?

on mine...i have a phase 2 valver to

my lights don't flash when i lock it but when i have left the windows open before the alarm has gone off...

i have a standard alarm and immobiliser

oh rite, maybe i should leave it for a while.

how do u turn it off when its going off? do u just use the plip key?
(just so the neighbours dont get annoyed!!)

i the windows open and opened the door from the inside and the alarm went off, but why doesn't it go off when my arm is inside??

shouldn't the motion sensors sense my arm being inside the car?! :S

any help much appreciated!!

dunno bout the arm thing mate.....

i just use the key thing yeah to turn the alarm off..although my sirens..fooked..it is a really low wine..lol

no probs..thats what the clubs here for...i think i will be getting an aftermarket alram anyway...
