Phase 1 172 - buyers guide or tips?

I'm looking to sell my Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo in 2 months time and get a phase 1 172 clio. I've had a quick scan through the different sections on here but can't find a specific buyers guide for this model - can anyone point me in the right direction or give me a run down on the specific things to look for on this model?

Also do you have a list of recommended garages/specialists that you trust to work on your motors? Any in the Northwest, Warrington area?

Get this month's Evo mag, as it has a full 4page feature on buying a 172

if you give it til this afternoon mate you will probably have a list of places you can go to get it worked on.....lots of people with the knowledge on here..as said above there is a buyers guide for the 172 in evo this month otherwise its the usual stuff i think..good choice on the mark 1 172 by the way
