Phase 1 filter box (RUBBER STRAP)

Before I start its not the usual Phase 1 Vs V6 box thread..

Its about the rubber strap to hold it in place, Can I still buy this part from Renault? Pretty sick of waiting around for one to come up, then loosing out on it!
