Phase 2 volume control stalk.

How do you remove it? They're are two torx screws at the back of it but they look as if they just hold it together? Or do they release it?

take top of the steering cowel off and ul see a clip, push that down and the stalk will pull out

Bit in the red square, push that in with a screw driver or something and the stalk will pop out

Yep, just pull it off, only the bottom part is screwed on

Probably not plugged into the back of the stereo.

Alternatively use your left hand to change the volume.

Aye it should be. Na nothing else, they generally don't break.

Is it an aftermarket CD player danny? Think you need a wire of some sort to make the hand controlls work dont you?
