philips blue vision bulbs? are they legal?

just wanted to know if these sidelight bulbd were road legal and aslo if any1 has them along with the philips silvervision headlights. do they look good as a set?

are the clio halogen bulbs a H4 or H7? if they are H7 i cant seem to get silvervisions in that size

ive got , osram blue tited indercater , and xon ,blue side light and xon blue tint hight beam and they look teh nuts jsut got to upgrade HID to the 6500 k now

i got these in sidelights. a slight tint of blue but no problems so far with fuzz

doesnt it say on the packaging " not street legal " i looked at some before !

Any packages will have a to have an 'E marking' on them or a diamond shape to say they have been passed to use on the road's in Europe
