Photo enlargment question

does anybody know if it can be done from just a print off a 35mm photo no negative?

Loads of places make enlargements from photos, no negative needed. Here is an oline one and there may be a place near you:

they just scan them and enlarge them, if u want a huge enlargement it wont be as good quality as the original.

I think they often make a new negative don't they?
I should think that with all the new technology the result will be fine!!

there is no store anywhere near me but at least it show it can be done, i'll have to go to a few places now and ask.
