You need to use photo bucket or such like.

If it's off the internet right click on the picture itself, 'copy', then right click and 'paste' it directly into your post.

If it's one of your own, get a photobucket account, upload it from your computer,
then do the same right click 'copy' on the image, then right click 'paste' directly into your post.

If you have an iPhone use the photo bucket app.. It's very easy to do then..

I'd recommend the Flickr app if you wish to retain the quality
