Photoshop CS4 vs Photoshop 7?

I've just applied for a job as a studio photographer that requires knowlege of CS4
but i've only ever used PS7 how different are they?

If I get the job and find myself in front of PS CS4 will I be up sh*t creek?
Or will I be able to get on with it?

The job is shooting clothing on live models and mannequins.

They didn't really change much over the years apart from new tools, different things etc. It's always stayed the same layout/interface etc.

they evolve but the most of it is the same. I've never sat in a new version and struggled to do what i need.
