Photoshop CS5 Help: Dividing a Photo into equal squares

I bought some really cool photo frames that are each 10cm x 10cm - I have 30 of them, the plan is to get a really nice photo - divide it into 10 x 10 squares, print and then display.

How do I cut these images into 10x10 squares in Photoshop? Is there an easy way to do this and then print?

Can you not just mark them up with the rulers then delete once done?

Or create a number of 10x10 boxes, duplicate and arrange, like a template?

I was going to do that but wondered if there was an easier way!
