photoshop favour?

Could anyone who's savvy with photoshop remove some smoke from a picture for me please.

Wanna whack it in a frame for the lady but it was taken in a club and the smoke machine must have just gone off!

It's not mega bad but it's made the colours a lot less vibrant too. Any help would be muchos appreciated!
