If they are 16s, go for 60mm springs (or coilovers if you can afford them). Trust me, you'll get bored of 40mm, I did and so did quite a few other people on here.

yea mate the off set said they wouldnt :S i was going to go for 195/40/16 but then went for the 45s they went straight on. cnt wait to get it lowerd thoo
