Photoshop users......

..... Is there any way in Photoshop of taking a photo negative, scan it in and changing it a proper picture?
 
As above, as longer as you have a scanner that can scan negatives or transparencys the scanner software sorts that side of things.

You can get a plug-in for photoshop, to be honest you can get a plug-in for anyhting you want. You can get cheap negative scanners, I think Epson do a bespoke scanner which is compact, you simply feed in the film an it feeds it into the scanner and out the other side, this is going back quite a few years so I guess they are cheap now.
