phs1 running issues - wont idle

This has been getting progressively worse over the last two week.

Runs fine, revs fine, but then idles really shitty and low and has started stalling.

I am thinking ISCV or lambda? Throttle has bee cleaned out already so I can rule that out. No EML on the dash.

Can the ISCV be cleaned?

Failing that, anyone in Manc got CLIP I can throw it on?

I wont be going CSS. Can this be cleaned or is a new one needdd?? Also had thoughts of air intake temp sensor

wont be air intake sensor.

Could be lambda (seen them do wierd things) but my money is on icv

not really, its a silly little enclose thing. Suppose you can spray some cleaner on it and try press it in and out and see if helps.

spray brke cleaner through it, then fill it up with wd-40 (block the other end) then shake it with both ends blocked. Give it a really good chance to agitate dirt out, then rinse with brake cleaner again, then re-lubricate

Nice on Dan, will give that a go this week.

I started it up yesteday to move it, and it was doing the same thing from cold. Wouldnt idle, kept stalling. So I kept it revving at 1500 with my foot and after a minute it cleared and idles fine.

Well, just fired it up. Started first time no probs. Drove to shop (less than 3mins), came out..... Stalling again.

Got home and it was holding idle about 500rpm. When revved, the engine sounded a little rough, bit tappy. I have turned it off, will whip the inlet off tomoz and check plugs, clean iscv. Will be swapping zorst soon, so can swap lambda then if no issues.

Mate has a code reader, I could try that I suppose
